Sam began his insurance career in 2008 in motor claim, later expanding into property claims with Chubb in 2012. He joined QRM in 2014 as Motor Claims Manager and progressed to Claims & Operations Manager by 2017. After a role with RIS Group, he returned to QRM in 2022 as General Manager. Sam is highly analytical, passionate about delivering exceptional client service, and dedicated to ensuring that clients are always QRM’s top priority.

Roy brings over 48 years of experience in the smash repair industry, starting as a panel beater in 1976. He progressed to foreman and later manager, where he oversaw workshop operations, managed staff, and ensured quality control. In 2011, Roy transitioned into assessing, initially with Global Transport Insurance before joining QRM in 2014. Now the Assessing Manager at QRM Claims Management, Roy is renowned for his attention to detail and his passion for ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to clients and their customers.

Leanne brings over 25 years of experience in the assessing and insurance industry. She started her career at Hills Assessing, advancing to Office Manager during her 11-year tenure. In 2013, Leanne joined QRM Claims Management, where she now serves as Assessing Coordinator and Administration Manager. With in-depth knowledge of the motor assessing industry, Leanne is passionate about service and leads a team dedicated to consistently delivering exceptional results for clients.

Jason has been in the insurance industry since 2008, beginning as a Sales and Service Consultant, advancing through the ranks to his current role as Team Leader. His career is shaped by a passion for leadership and people management. A standout moment was assisting during the Lismore Floods, where he supported communities through recovery. Jason’s commitment to making a positive impact and his dedication to leadership continue to inspire those he works with in the insurance sector.
